Why Live Healthy

We want our body to more active and energetic, when healthy our bodies are very energetic and performs many tasks without any problem. Healthy body can be maintained by eating good food, drinking good water, eating balance diet and eating plenty of fruits

For our bodies to be healthy we require a lot of exercise to keep the body active. It is recommended that at least once a day you have to do an exercise. Exercise can be running, and many other form of exercise that one may think of
